Missions

The Church of the Nazarene is an international Church and therefore we think globally about missions and the call of Christ to Go and share the Good News.

Local Mission (Bolton)

CHRISTMAS HAMPERS FOR BOLTON’S EMERGENCY SERVICES.

This year as a way of showing our thanks, love and appreciation to our hard working Emergency Service workers across Bolton we have decided as a church and local charity to put together 14 hampers full of festive goodies and treats that we can deliver to the Police Stations, Fire Stations, Ambulance Stations and the local hospital here in Bolton to show our emergency service workers that we really do appreciate and are very thankful for all they do to care for, support and protect our community of Bolton. Therefore we are asking for donations for the hampers from members of the community here in Bolton. We are looking for things such as tea, coffee, biscuits, sweets, chocolate, hot chocolate, festive treats and goodies etc. You can deliver your donations directly to the church on a Wednesday between 10am and 3pm or we can arrange to pick them up if so needed. The address for the church is Brownlow Fold Church of the Nazarene, Yarrow Place, Bolton, BL1 3UR. Or you can contact us by email at boltonbrownlowfoldcotn@gmail.com or message us directly via Facebook Messenger. Thank you in advance for joining with us and supporting us to bless our emergency service workers in Bolton this Christmas.

“Community Team”

On a monthly basis we go out into the Community to do good works, to love our neighbours and we care for the community around us, if you would like to join us just drop us an email.

Spaces of Hope

More information will be shared about this Ministry soon, but in short this is a Ministry that is localised around Thomasson Park and making it a place of Hope in the Community, with the hope of making this a project that can be rolled out across parks around the Bolton Borough.
